omegaUp welcomes new volunteers to join our engineering team! This document describes the training process for new contributors.

Training Process

The training process is open to anyone interested in contributing. No special request needed!

  5. Good Second Issues: Next level challenges

Requirements to Join Team

To be formally invited to the engineering team:

  1. ✅ Read all documentation
  2. ✅ Resolve 5 issues from "Good first issues" list
  3. ✅ Resolve 5 issues from "Good second issues" list

Once completed, you'll be: - Formally invited to join the engineering team - Offered an @omegaup.com email account (if desired)

Exceptions

Some exceptions to this process: - Internship students with contracts - Former volunteers with recognized contribution records
